Following his detailed care and explanation, I felt confident the issue was handled and I understood what to look for in the future. Yes my AC needed attention because my attic furnace had a minor leak. I signed up for a twice a year service plan. Definitely 5 stars. I called Gerald Griffin this morning, because last night our HEAT was lost. The operator said in the phone that their Technician will come at noon. Sure enough, when I just had my lunch, MR. Jordan came right on time. He checked everything closely, and found the problem right away. He is very professional and he gave me very good suggestions. About one hour, he fixed the problem, and our heat was back (even warmer). I strongly recommend this company , they are very very good! Five stars!
